The competition was created to promote Harley-Davidson’s new Forty-Eight model, with dealers across Australia and New Zealand given bikes to customise and Harley- Davidson owners and fans invited to vote for their favourite on-line.
Rolling Thunder’ s entry ‘ The Bomber’ took the top prize of Best Overall with Harley- Davidson of Blacktown winning Best Original Concept for their bike named ‘ Year 48,’ and the Best Low Budget prize going to another Australian shop entry, Harley Heaven Ringwood’ s ‘ The Rodster.’
